How does the free trial work?
Once you register on the Gold Standard and choose your permanent plan, if you cancel a booking within 30 days of signing up before the service starts, you won’t be charged anything. If you decide to cancel your account and permanently leave the service, you will never be charged again but you will be responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Note: The free trial only applies to the Gold Standard.
Please note: Refunds will not be given after you have used up an initial trial or used service for partial months.
Do I get a free trial if I upgrade?
If you upgrade from a temporary service to a membership account you are not eligible for the free trial. You are considered an existing customer. The free trial on membership plans only applies if you sign up for membership now. You can always downgrade later if you want. Sign up for our monthly newsletter filled with goodies you will love!
Can I upgrade at any time?
Yes, you can. Simply click on the “Contact us” tab on the pricing page or click on the membership tab you require and Book your membership.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No, although there’s a minimum of 1-year contract although there is no obligation to enter a longer-term contract with us, the minimum applies to help us keep offering our awesome service. You can simply pay per month. If you cancel, you will only be charged for the current month and you won’t be charged ever again. However, bulk bookings guarantee you might get discounts when you sign up to our newsletters.
Are there any other fees?
Yes. The admin fees above are for registering with us to provide our services to you. You pay the salary for our staff per month directly into our bank account and we pay them. For example, you pay the admin fee which is N30,000/month for any service. This means you pay N30,000/month total, no matter how many services you book within the placement period. You are only then required to pay the salary/month for the service staff into our bank account. Please refer to our terms and conditions.
Businesses: If you want access to bigger service staff for your business, we have other options available. Please contact us.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently, we will only accept bank or online banking transfer payments. We DO NOT accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or American Express for now. All payments must be confirmed and processed before any placement will be made. We will not accept payment from a name different from the booking name. This is to eliminate fraudulent transactions.
